Where to manage your subscription
Purchase providerWhere to make changes
StripeUse ScheduleBuilder on the web. The Android app can use this account’s Pro access but cannot change Stripe billing.
Google PlaySelect Manage in Google Play on the web or in the Android app. Use the Google account that made the purchase, not Stripe’s portal.

Start a trial or subscribe

Trial terms depend on the provider and your eligibility
SubscriptionWhat to expect
Stripe Monthly, first eligible trial7 days of Pro, then automatic monthly billing unless you cancel first.
Stripe Yearly, first eligible trial14 days of Pro, then the full yearly charge unless you cancel first.
Stripe, trial already usedPaid billing starts immediately; subscribing does not give you another trial.
Google PlayUse the eligible trial, price, and renewal terms shown by Play. The web’s 7- or 14-day trial may not apply.

For a web subscription through Stripe:

  1. Select Upgrade to Pro, then Monthly or Yearly. Review the displayed price and renewal terms.

  2. Select Start free trial if eligible, or Subscribe to Pro if your trial has already been used. Review and complete Stripe checkout, including the payment details it requests. Return to ScheduleBuilder and wait for subscription confirmation.

For a subscription through Google Play in the Android app:

  1. Choose an available Play plan. Select Start free trial only if an eligible trial is shown, otherwise Subscribe with Google Play.

  2. Review the price, trial duration if offered, and automatic-renewal terms in Google Play before confirming.

Check the trial end or next renewal

Trial endsBilling starts on this date unless you cancel first; check the displayed charge amount.
Next billing dateAutomatic renewal is still on; check the displayed charge amount.
Trial access ends or Access endsCancellation is scheduled. Pro continues until this date without the next renewal.

For Google Play, select Manage in Google Play to check the trial, renewal, payment status, and access-end date there.

For Stripe subscriptions, check Next billing date and the charge amount. Your own date and price may differ from this example.

Cancel subscription renewal

For Stripe on the web:

  1. In Subscription, select Cancel subscription to open Review your cancellation.

  2. Feedback is optional. Select Schedule cancellation. If an offer appears and you still want to cancel, select Schedule cancellation again—not Accept offer or Keep subscription.

  3. Return to Subscription and verify that Trial access ends or Access ends is shown. Pro continues until that date. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first subscription charge, or before the next billing date to stop renewal.

Access ends replaces the next billing date when Stripe cancellation is scheduled. Resume subscription restores automatic renewal.

For Google Play: Select Manage in Google Play, choose the correct subscription, and complete Play’s cancellation flow. Cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal, and check the cancellation confirmation and end date there.

Cancellation stops future renewal without deleting your schedules. It does not refund a past charge or clear an unpaid bill. For a refund, withdrawal request, or unfamiliar charge, contact support and identify Stripe or Google Play without sending payment-card details.

Resume a cancelled subscription

These steps restore Stripe renewal before access ends; they do not start a new free trial.

  1. On the web, open Subscription before the listed access-end date and select Resume subscription. This restores automatic renewal.

  2. Verify the renewed billing status and date. After access has ended, review the subscription options again; a previously used trial is not renewed.

For Google Play: Use Manage in Google Play to check whether Play offers a restart option. Review the terms there; the Stripe Resume subscription control does not manage Play billing.

Update payment details or resolve a billing problem

  • Stripe: Select Manage billing in Subscription to open Stripe’s portal. If a payment is overdue or unpaid, use this control to resolve it rather than starting a second subscription.
  • Google Play: Select Manage in Google Play and review payment details with the Google account used for the purchase.
  • For a Play purchase missing from the Android app, use Already subscribed on Google Play? Restore purchase if shown. If payment may have completed but confirmation failed, use Retry verification instead of purchasing again.
  • Stripe billing emails: keep the initial subscription agreement attachment. Payment receipts include the paid invoice PDF; refund confirmations include a credit note only when available.
  • Manage subscription in an email: opens your Subscription settings. Sign in to the account that owns the subscription if asked.
  • Google Play documents: use Play’s receipts and subscription controls for a Play purchase.

Stripe and Google Play process payments. ScheduleBuilder receives subscription information needed to manage access and does not store your full payment-card number.
