Check that changes have saved

Pause editing and check the builder header. Saved confirms saving to this browser when signed out, or your account when signed in. Saving, Offline, and Save failed mean another device may not have the latest edits.

Bring browser work into an account

Signing in does not automatically import your guest schedule. Its events, private Notes, and tasks stay saved separately in the browser where you made them until you confirm Save to account.

  1. Sign in from the browser where you made the guest schedule. If a guest preview appears after sign-in, choose Save to account, or Not now to keep working in your account without importing.

  2. If no preview appears, open your own workspace and choose Import → From this device. On mobile, use Schedule tools → Import schedule → From this device. On Android Home, choose Import → From this device.

  3. Review the incoming schedule and whether it will replace a schedule or add another one. Confirm only when you are ready; cancelling keeps the guest copy in this browser.

The automatic preview is only offered after sign-in or signup when your account workspace is completely empty. If subscription screens cover it, close them or finish checkout and dismiss the welcome screen. You can always use the manual import steps above instead.

After import, use the account version for future edits. The separate guest copy stays in this browser for recovery, but does not receive later account changes. A local recovery draft is not a separate cloud backup or a file you can move to another device.

If a link opens the Android app, guest schedules from your browser do not transfer automatically. Save browser work to your account first, then sign in to the same account in the app, or export a JSON backup and import it there.
