Accepted shared schedules do not count toward your owned-schedule limit. Collaborators use the owner’s active Pro access, including watermark-free output, and do not need their own upgrade. Private tasks remain visible only to the owner.
Shared event reminders require personal opt-in and browser setup for each recipient. They are not scheduled offline or natively in the Android app.

Yearly billing charges the full yearly amount at once, not monthly installments. A trial is temporary Pro access on a renewing subscription, not a separate permanently free plan.
Review the price and any taxes in Stripe checkout before confirming a web subscription. Google Play purchases use the price, currency, and eligible offer shown by Play; the web USD prices are not a quote for Play billing.
Limits and privacy still apply
- Uploads and saved Pixabay photos share image-storage limits with branding images. Check the background guide below for file, dimension, and account-storage limits.
- Published links are not password protected. Anyone with an active public link can view the published schedule; private tasks are not included.
- Native Android reminders currently support up to 25 owned schedules, not the full 100-schedule account limit. Browser reminders use a separate setup.
- When Pro access ends, your account schedules are not deleted: the primary schedule remains editable on Free and additional schedules are locked. Shared-schedule access pauses if its owner loses Pro.
