Sign in and reset passwords
Sign in with your email address and password, or continue with Google or Microsoft. If you forget your password, request a time-limited reset link by email.

Choose your sign-in method
Open the sign-in page and use the method associated with your account. Enter your email address and password, or select Google or Microsoft and complete the sign-in with that provider.

Request a password reset
If you use email and password and cannot remember the password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Enter the email address for your account and request a reset link.

Use the link from your email
Open the reset email and follow its link within 60 minutes. If the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.

Set a new password and sign in
Choose and confirm a new password of at least 8 characters, then sign in with your email address and new password. If you normally use Google or Microsoft, continue to use that provider instead.
