Before you begin
- Sign in and open a schedule saved to your account. Only the owner can publish it.
- On Free, you can publish your primary schedule. Publishing other schedules requires Pro.
Publish and share
Private tasks, task notes, and the owner’s Notes scratchpad are excluded from public links and embeds. Event descriptions are visible to public viewers.
A synced schedule is not a frozen snapshot: future calendar events and updates can become public through the same link and embeds. Available descriptions are always included; there is no switch to hide them. Review the connected calendar before publishing. Disconnecting sync stops future reads but does not unpublish retained events.
Understand synced content and public access
Open your saved schedule and select Share → Public link. On narrow screens, open Schedule tools first.
Open Share → Public link for the schedule you want to publish. Select Publish schedule, review the public-access warning, and confirm with Publish.
Choose the Language for the public page. This changes its interface, not the schedule content you wrote.
On the website, select Copy and send the link. In the Android app, select Share to open the device’s sharing options.
The link shows the saved schedule, not a separate copy. Wait for your changes to save, then reload the public page to check them. You do not need a new link for ordinary edits.
Public access follows the owner’s plan. If Pro access ends, only the primary schedule remains publicly available on Free; other published schedules require the owner to restore Pro.
Stop sharing
Open Share → Public link for the published schedule and select Unpublish schedule.
Confirm with Unpublish and revoke.
Unpublishing immediately revokes the current public link. Website embeds and WordPress shortcodes using that link’s public token can no longer load the schedule. Your schedule and events are not deleted, and private collaboration invitations are separate.
Share again
Open Share → Public link, select Publish schedule, and confirm with Publish.
Copy and distribute the new public link. Replace any website embed code and WordPress shortcode with freshly copied versions too.
Publishing again creates a new public token for the link and embed code. The old link stays revoked.
