Add a published schedule to your website with automatic height or a fixed-height iframe.

Before you begin
- Sign in as the owner and publish the schedule. Free can publish the primary schedule; other schedules require Pro.
- Use the ScheduleBuilder website for Embed options. They are not shown in the Android or Windows app.
- Have permission to edit a website area that accepts an iframe. Automatic height also requires a script tag.
Choose embed options
Open Share → Embed for the published schedule.
Choose Language, then set Schedule title to Show or Hide. The language changes the embedded interface, not your event text.
Review synced calendar content before embedding. Future events and updates can become public, and available descriptions are always included. Disconnecting sync does not unpublish retained events; unpublish separately to stop public access.
Understand synced content and public access
Choose one sizing option below, then select Copy. The generated code includes your current public token, language, and title choice. In the examples, replace TOKEN with the public token from your published link—not the schedule name or private ID.
Option 1: Automatic height
Set Embed sizing to Auto. Copy the complete code, including both the iframe and the embed.js script. The script adjusts the height to fit the schedule. If your website removes script tags, use fixed dimensions instead.
<iframe src="https://schedulebuilder.net/e/TOKEN" width="100%" height="240" style="border:0;display:block" loading="lazy" title="Weekly schedule"></iframe>
<script async src="https://schedulebuilder.net/embed.js"></script>Option 2: Fixed dimensions
Set Embed sizing to Custom, enter Width and Height, then select Copy. This iframe does not need embed.js. For full available width and a fixed height of 600 pixels, use 100% and 600.
<iframe src="https://schedulebuilder.net/e/TOKEN" width="100%" height="600" style="border:0" loading="lazy" title="Weekly schedule"></iframe>Insert and check the embed
Paste the code for your chosen alternative into the website’s HTML or custom-code area.
Save the page and view it as a visitor on desktop and mobile. Check the language, title visibility, event details, and sizing.
The embed includes read-only event details and a ScheduleBuilder watermark and link beneath the schedule, even for Pro owners. Private tasks, task notes, and the owner’s Notes scratchpad are excluded. Public-page action buttons and custom branding are not included.
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The schedule is cropped | For Auto, check that your site allowed embed.js. For Custom, increase Height. If scripts are removed, use fixed dimensions instead. |
| Changes are missing | Wait for the schedule to save, then reload the website page. Ordinary edits do not need new embed code. |
| The schedule is unavailable | Check the public link first. The schedule must remain published and eligible under the owner’s plan. |
