What viewers can do on shared schedules

Shared schedules are read-only for visitors. They can inspect events, navigate on mobile, export, print, share socially, or start a separate schedule of their own.

Visitors cannot change the owner’s published schedule
Shared-page visitor actions are not included in website embeds
Pro owners can customize public shared-page branding and hide visitor edit and make-your-own actions, while retaining them for themselves

View events and open their details: Visitors can browse the schedule and click an event to open its details. This is read-only: nothing a visitor does in the shared view changes the owner’s original schedule.
Navigate days on mobile: On a narrow mobile screen, visitors can use day navigation to move through the schedule when it is shown one day at a time.
Export, print, or share socially: Visitors can export or print the shared schedule and use its social-share actions. These options distribute or save the public view; they do not grant editing access to the owner’s schedule.
Start a new builder with Make your own: Make your own starts a new ScheduleBuilder schedule for the visitor. It does not modify or take ownership of the schedule that was shared.
Understand what Edit copies: Edit creates a copy for the visitor to work with. On Pro, that copy is appended to the visitor’s existing schedule collection. On Free, it replaces the visitor’s current schedule. The owner’s original remains unchanged.
Customize public shared pages with Pro branding: Open Share for a published schedule and choose Customize branding. A Pro owner can set a logo, label, destination link, and accent color, and can hide the visitor Edit and Make your own actions. Those actions remain available to the owner when viewing their own shared schedule directly; branding does not apply to embeds.

Open your public link as a visitor to review the visible actions. Unpublish the schedule from Share whenever all public access should end.
