Import a week from your calendar
Create an editable, one-time ScheduleBuilder snapshot from a selected week in Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar.
Before you import
- Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar can be connected without signing in; Apple Calendar requires a signed-in account
- Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar are supported
- The import reads one selected calendar week; it does not create an ongoing sync
- Apple Calendar requires your Apple Account email and an app-specific password, never your regular password
- 1
Open the calendar connection
Open the schedule management menu, choose Import schedule, then select Connect a calendar. This opens the provider connection step without affecting your current schedules.
- 2
Connect the provider
Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to authorize read-only access with that provider. For Apple Calendar, enter your Apple Account email and an app-specific password created at appleid.apple.com. ScheduleBuilder never asks for your regular Apple Account password.
- 3
Choose a calendar and week
After connecting, choose the calendar to read and the week to import. You can also choose whether event descriptions should be included. The preview shows at least 08:00–17:00, and expands when imported events need a wider time range.
- 4
Try another week when it is empty
If no events are found, choose another week and preview again. The temporary connection remains available for up to 15 minutes so you do not need to authorize again during that retry window.
- 5
Review and confirm the editable snapshot
Review the events, dates, and settings in the import preview. Confirm only when the selected week is correct. A signed-in Pro account with existing cloud schedules adds the snapshot to the collection. Free, guest, and accounts without cloud schedules replace the current collection with it. Until confirmation, your existing schedules are unchanged.

Next steps
Review the imported schedule, then adjust events as needed. Export it as JSON if you want an independent editable backup.
