Publish, share, and unpublish a schedule
Publish a schedule to create a public, token-based URL that you can share. You can revoke that URL at any time, and publishing again later creates a new token and link.
Before you begin
- Sign in to a ScheduleBuilder account before publishing; visitors do not need an account to open a public link
- Open Share for the schedule you want to make public
- A schedule must be published before its public link, embed code, or WordPress shortcode is available
- Free can publish the primary schedule only; Pro can publish every schedule
- 1
Open the Share modal
In the builder, select Share for the active schedule. The Share modal is where you publish the schedule and, once it is published, copy its link or use its embed and WordPress options.
- 2
Publish the schedule first
Choose Publish and confirm the action. ScheduleBuilder creates a public token and uses it in the schedule URL. Until publishing is complete, there is no public URL to copy or share.
- 3
Check your plan’s publishing access
On the Free plan, only the primary schedule can be published. Pro lets you publish all schedules, so each schedule can have its own public token and URL.
- 4
Choose the link locale
Select the locale to use for the shared page before copying the link. The chosen locale is included in the link and controls the public page interface for visitors; it does not translate the schedule content you created.
- 5
Copy and send the public URL
Copy the URL from the Share modal and send it in an email, message, invitation, or wherever your visitors will find it. Anyone with the active public URL can view the shared schedule.
- 6
Unpublish to revoke access
Return to Share and choose Unpublish when the link should stop working. Unpublishing revokes the current public token immediately, so the URL you previously shared no longer opens the schedule.
- 7
Publish again when needed
Publishing an unpublished schedule creates a new token. Copy and distribute the new URL, because the old URL remains revoked and will not become valid again.

Next steps
Send the public URL to your visitors, embed the published schedule on a website, or learn which viewer actions are available on the shared page.
