Export, print, and back up

Open the Export menu after confirming that the schedule you want is active. PNG, PDF, and JSON exports use that schedule’s current content and settings, so finish any edits first. Use Export settings in the Export dialog before choosing PNG or PDF when you want to change the visual layout.

Choose PNG when you need an image to share or place in another document. The export uses the Compact, Spacious, or Auto layout selected in Export settings; Compact is denser, Spacious provides more room, and Auto chooses for the active schedule.

Choose PDF for a document version of the schedule. PNG and PDF use the same layout selected in Export settings. Free PNG and PDF output includes a watermark; Pro creates watermark-free output.

Choose JSON to download an importable backup of the active schedule and its settings. The downloaded file is named from the schedule, making it easier to identify later. It does not preserve publication or sharing state, or a custom uploaded background image; re-upload the image and republish after restoration if needed. Keep JSON backups somewhere you control before clearing browser data, changing devices, or making substantial edits.

Printing opens your browser’s print dialog for every plan. Free prints include a watermark; Pro prints do not. Use vertical portrait orientation for a vertical schedule and horizontal landscape orientation for a horizontal schedule. Review the browser preview before printing to check paper size and margins.
